who am i?

yams (he/they) is a multi-hyphenate producer and singer-songwriter. he works mainly with sound - composition, production, ambience, textures - and has done commissioned work for the National Heritage Board, National Gallery Singapore, National Day Parade (NDP) Executive Committee, and Asian Art Institutum amongst others.

As a solo artist, he released his debut album day/dreams in 2020, and has been covered by such publications as the Straits Times, Esquire, Hello Asia, and Hypnotic Asia, and was recently featured in a profile interview by music & lifestyle outfit Life in Arpeggio.
